Car Hits Con Edison Worker, NYC, 1971

Ptl John Guacci of 17th pct looks at injured Con Edison worker Charles Heran who was working at his tool cart at 45th St and 5th Ave when an auto driven by Hans Schmitz 34 yrs old of New Jersey hit the tool cart at 5:15 AM. He was removed to Bellevue Hospital.
